Daniel Fraiman

After more than two decades working in custom construction, Dan founded DFC in 2012 with a dedication to translating client dreams into quality, custom construction. Growing up in Alaska, Dan built homes alongside his father learning and refining the custom building craft, while becoming instilled with the foundational values for DFC: integrity, relationships, and a keen eye for detail in pursuit of quality craftsmanship. Initially attracted to Truckee by the mountain lifestyle, Dan is proud to call Truckee home for his business and family. When not onsite, he dedicates his time to family and community: hosting friends and family around the backyard firepit, camping with his kids in the mountains and desert, or hitting the trails on his mountain bike and skis. 

Pamela Jahnke

Pam became part of the DFC team in 2019 and relishes being part of a growing, dynamic team where there are always new projects, things to learn, and interesting challenges to solve. She loves her colleagues and the DFC culture of balancing hard work with spending time outside with friends and family. A long-time Truckee local, Pam appreciates the laid back, small town vibe with great people and endless outdoor activities. If she’s not in the office, Pam’s often on her mountain bike, skis, relaxing on a Tahoe beach, out on a hike, or practicing yoga.

Chadwick Weedman

Chadwick has been overseeing DFC projects as superintendent since 2019. He thrives on making lasting connections with clients and local tradespeople on each project. The tight-knit, community feel of Truckee is one of Chadwick’s favorite parts of living here. Outside of work, he’s usually carving turns in the snow, riding his bike, or perfecting his golf game.

Jim joined the DFC team in 2020 and loves working on beautiful homes amidst the stunning backdrop of the Tahoe Sierra. When not on the job site, Jim loves getting out onto the trails with his mountain bike and skis or enjoying Truckee’s vibrant community and local events.

With a background in Festival and Event Production, KelleyAnn started on the DFC Team with the motivation to apply her career skillset to building beautiful homes in her community. KelleyAnn is driven by a constant pursuit of knowledge leading with efficient organization, communication, and positivity. Outside of work, KelleyAnn is an avid trail runner, cyclist, skier, and general adventure enthusiast.
